So last week just wasn’t my week with training. It was like Murphy’s Law. Whatever could go wrong, did go wrong. Not how I wanted that week to be but so be it. Weeks like last week really discourage me and I have a hard time resetting my mindset and mental attitude.
Today is the day that I get back on track (again). I feel like this attempt at marathon #2 is definitely like getting back on track every other week. I hope that evens out soon to where I can just keep on track until November 2.
Todays run was hot, humid and very ugly. It was gross out, like 99% humidity and already around 70 degrees. My watch was doing funky things but seemed to stop on the way back to where I had gotten on the trail. I definitely struggled today. I hope that I don’t struggle tomorrow. It’s suppose to be cooler and way less humidity. I’m so looking forward to that.
