Ok so this just isn’t my week for training. Right now, I haven’t even run yet since Saturday. I was all set to run this morning but my body said otherwise. I was cleaning my carpet and had to start a new load of laundry! Ugh. So not my morning. And in the process of all this I forgot my running shoes once I was feeling better. Just my luck! I laugh now but I wasn’t laughing earlier.
So I came into work, did some stretching and rolling out on the foam roller. I hope to get back training soon. I know I need to. 🙂
